FREE
LISTING COVERAGE FOR YOUR SELLERS!
How
it works:
1)
Call our office at 972-739-9000 and let them know that you
want free listing coverage on the property and give them the address and
seller’s name. If you request a sign rider, a copy of the contract and
welcome letter will be delivered to the seller. A confirmation is
e-mailed to the listing agent.
2)
The coverage is for a FREE BASIC POLICY up to 180 days of
the listing and there is a limit of $1500 for heat, air, plumbing and
ductwork (please read Paragraph 8 which explains Seller’s Coverage and
Limitations and Exclusions found in Paragraph 61 through 73 of the
contract).
Items
found on a buyer’s inspection
report are considered pre-existing and are not covered during
the
free listing coverage.
3)
This coverage helps with some of those unexpected repair
issues that may occur during the listing period. If a repair is needed
on a covered item, just give us a call, and we will send a contractor to
your home. A $60 Co-Pay is required at the time of service.
4)
When the property goes under contract – just let the
selling agent know that you currently have a Nations policy in place on
the property and the buyer may be entitled to a FREE $60 CO-PAY Coupon –
good for one free Co-Pay when they place their first claim or could be
used to help RE-KEY their new home.
5)
No charge to seller if the buyer chooses another warranty
company. (Just let us know!)
